Ubisoft confirms Assassin’s Creed Odyssey will be happening. With the next game Ubisoft aims to push the limits even further than the Assassin’s Creed Origins.
This time the open world game is called Odyssey and will takes place in ancient Greece, which will focus on a new set leading characters. After some leaks, Ubisoft announced the title with a short Tweet, but a full reveal will be held on E3 2018 press conference.

Short teaser from the above twitter post hints that the game will be revolving around the era of Greco-Persian Wars. In the clip the King Leonidas is kicking a Persian messenger which is before the Battle of Thermopylae. We could also expect famous battle like the Battle of Plataea which was the final one.
No official release date has been confirmed by Ubisoft, as per reports the game can release next year.
E3 2018 Ubisoft’s press conference will be help on Monday, June 11 at 3:30PM.
