HMD Global in the month of May unveiled there latest budget friendly phone, the Nokia 3.1. This phone is expected to hit the market in the US from July 2, in the case of hurry you can also place a preorders for the Android One device on Amazon.

Coming to the specs, the Nokia 3.1 back is made from polycarbonate, it has solid and rigid feel and the body is built with premium diamond cut aluminum frame combined with Corning Gorilla Glass protection on the 5.2 inch display which has a resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels.
The device is powered by the outdated MediaTek MT6750 octa core CPU which is not that good, but at this price you can’t ask for more. For memory and RAM the device comes in 2 variants, 2 GB or 3 GB RAM with 16 GB or 32 GB internal storage respectively, a microSD card slot is also provided for further storage extension.
An 8 MP front camera with a 13 MP rear camera are provided for capturing images, all these features and functions are powered by the 2990 mAh battery. For connectivity there is only a micro USB 2.0 port for charging and data sharing.
The Nokia 3.1 runs on pure Android 8.0 Oreo (Android One), which receives monthly software support and updates, which the similar phones with same specs and pricing don’t provide.
Pricing for the 2 GB RAM with 16 GB storage model is US$159 and can be preordered on Amazon. The 3 GB RAM with 16 GB storage model will be available later this month.
