The new Intel Core i3-8121U is a 2C/4T CPU at 2.2GHz base speed and up to 3.1GHz boost, it also has a low TDP of just 15W. But due to no integrated graphics on the chip, the power can be reduced to 15W because of the discrete RX 540.
